Master the Anterior Thigh: From Elite-Level Assessment to Return-to-Play Excellence
A 4-part masterclass series hosted by a Premier League-experienced Physiotherapist. Bridge the gap between clinical theory and professional football-standard rehabilitation.
The Challenge with Quadriceps Injuries
Quadriceps injuries are complex, high-risk, and often misunderstood. Whether it’s a sprinting strain or a kicking-related avulsion, the difference between a successful return-to-play and a re-injury often lies in the nuances of the aponeurotic structures and functional mechanics.
Meet Your Instructor
This series is led by Adam Johnson, a Senior Physiotherapist with 14 years of full-time experience in professional football. Having spent over a decade at the highest level of the game, he specialises in lower limb muscle injuries, specifically the management of the anterior thigh. He brings the "pitch-side" reality into a structured, intermediate-level learning environment.
