- Neurological Re-Mapping: Using Proprioception and Somatic Tracking to quiet the pain alarm.
- The Clinical Core: A deep dive into the Feet, Pelvis, and Head - the three pillars of alignment.
- Specialized Protocols: Evidence-based strategies for Hypermobility and Fear-Avoidance Behavior.

Move away from lists of ‘exercises’ and master the intricacies of embodied movement.
Communicate in ways that move the brain, not just the body.
We’ve stripped away the instructor fluff to give you the raw, scientific blueprint for effectively helping people who are in pain, teaching you skills that patients will take with them for life. This course is different to standard pilates training, which focus on learning a set of exercises. This is a high-impact, clinical "lab", led by Charli Hilton. Whether you are a high-level practitioner or a clinician looking for the "missing link" in rehab, this is where you find it.
