ATTEND: The Sporting Shoulder
25th & 26th October 2025
9am-5pm BST
Prof. Ian Horsley
Cambridge, CB23 1LW
The Sporting Shoulder is a highly practical and interactive course which deals with the
assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of the shoulder in sport.
For therapists supporting athletes (at all levels of sport)it will provide suggestions on how to manage shoulder injuries (including interventions to assist in reducing the incidence of primary injury, designing appropriate rehabilitation regimes, and supporting shared
return to play decisions).
There will be an emphasis on finding the driver for non-traumatic shoulder pain, rather than on diagnostic labelling, and understanding concepts that can be used to formulate bespoke interventions for athletes. There will be no recipes.
Due to the practical nature of the course, attendees are expected to dress according, so that the upper quadrants can easily be observed.
Member discounts apply.
