A 5-Part Masterclass Series on Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET) for the Modern Clinician.
Â
You see it every day: the patient with "unexplained" breathlessness, the weekend warrior pushing their limits, or the high-risk surgical candidate. Standard resting tests only tell half the story. To truly understand a patient, you have to see them in motion.
Join our world-renowned physiologist, who has analysed the limits of human performance from the slopes of Everest to NHS Critical Care, for a deep dive into the science of CPET. Whether you want to sharpen your exercise prescriptions or finally make sense of those complex data reports, this series is your roadmap.

Jim is now currently studying towards his PhD, looking at clinical applications of Exercise physiology.
Jim also lectures at UCL, as well as carrying out research there. Before joining Marylebone Health, Jim not only worked in the NHS but also spent some time working at Everest Base Camp on the Extreme Everest Expedition, looking at how extreme conditions affect performance, survival and longevity.
Jim was also a competitive swimmer and is a keen cyclist himself. Jim works primarily with clients preparing for sporting events & extreme challenges and, returning clients to fitness post-op.
